Our local honourary Ambassador is Professor Chris Plummer.

Professor Plummer is a neurologist based at St Vincent's Hospital (Melbourne) and also teaches at the University of Melbourne's medical school. His principal areas of interest are epilepsy and multiple sclerosis and runs associated clinical trials.

He has previously contributed to the CBS literature with a fascinating 2007 journal article entitled Of Roman chariots and goats in overcoats: The syndrome of Charles Bonnet. He later wrote a chapter on Bonnet syndrome for a 2011 book, Hallucinations: Types, Stages and Treatments. Professor Plummer retains a passionate interest in the syndrome.
